DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Assist in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming.
- Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
- Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
- Assist in developing assessment-based case plans.
- Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Gain direct exposure to case management and client services.
- Develop professional skills in assessment, planning, and referral processes.
- Learn from experienced staff in the field of community corrections and behavioral health.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts available; schedule will be coordinated with the site supervisor.
