The Washington County Home is seeking qualified applicants for a Part Time LPN Charge Nurse position.

Duties- Addressing care needs of residents, monitoring residents and communicating with physicians.
- Administering medications.
- Entering orders and processing prescription refills.
- Supervising Resident Assistants and working with staff to obtain proper staffing levels as needed, and ensuring resident safety.
- Starting rate is $27.04/hour.
- Shift Differential, Holiday Pay.
- The first step increase will take place 6 months from the start date.
- Part-Time (1-3 shifts per week, including 2 weekends/month), day shift (6am-2pm) and afternoon shift 2pm-10pm.
- Sick & Vacation.

The Washington County Home is the most unique facility in the county which sits on almost 300 acres of land. We are increasing our farm-to-table approach, including vegetables from our garden, beef from our cattle, and eggs from our chickens. Our facility is run as an assisted living facility and is governed by the county commissioners. The facility can hold 60 residents and we are thoughtful with each admission, ensuring the individual will be a good fit with our current population.
