We're currently seeking highly skilled and experienced welders who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering top-tier quality in demanding manufacturing environments.
What You'll Do:
As a core member of our fabrication team, you'll be responsible for assembling and welding complex steel structures including machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, and more. This role is ideal for welders who thrive on blueprint-driven fabrication and want to work on high-value, mission-critical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute complex blueprints and welding specifications
- Layout, measure, fit, and align components with high accuracy
- MIG and TIG weld on a wide range of heavy steel components
- Perform thermal cutting, grinding, and finishing work
- Fabricate and roll tank sections from flat steel
- Weld in all positions with a strong focus on quality and code compliance
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to solve technical challenges
- Inspect, test, and repair welds to ensure structural integrity
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
- Minimum 3+ years of professional welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (structural or pressure vessel experience preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
- Expertise in MIG and TIG processes
- Proficiency in multi-position welding and quality control
- Self-motivated with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship
- High school diploma or GED required; trade certification or advanced technical training is a plus
