Parts Clerk

Hi-Vac Corporation in Marietta Ohio is seeking a Parts Clerk to work in the Manufacturing Facility. If you have experience in a warehouse or inventory environment, we want to meet you! Successful candidates will exhibit pride in their work and strive for excellence!

Parts Clerks are responsible for tracking and supplying materials and parts needed for production and manufacturing of large environmental truck equipment and aftermarket sales.

Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, and trucks.
• Operating forklift or using hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Receiving and inventorying all in-house fabricated parts for use in work order or sales order shortages.
• Moving and/or stocking received materials.
• Selecting material from stock for work orders and engineering changes, and staging materials until shop is ready to use.
• Delivering parts to workers upon request.
• Copying and distributing work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Assisting other employees as requested.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Warehouse or similar experience a plus
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Experience with computers and data entry.
