Training pay: $18-$22 per hour

• Your responsibilities:
  • Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service.
  • Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for daily operations of your universal service route with strong time management. Tasks include:
    • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
    • Monitor termite bait systems for proper function.
    • Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
    • Provide consistent communication with customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
    • Apply pest control products per label standards and safety guidelines.
  • Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment or driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values in every customer interaction.

• Training pay $18-$22, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
