The IT Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within an agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, and adherence to PMI-based delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and integrations
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per agreed scope
- Lead planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management
- Manage stakeholders and maintain regular customer communication
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and overall project health
- Ensure quality, testing coordination, and governance compliance
- Guide and mentor project teams and promote best practices
Mandatory Skills
- IT Technical Project Management experience
- Strong experience with PMI-based project deliverables
- Proven ERP implementation and system integration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
