What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing and shaping our company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing core financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, cash management, job cost accounting, AP/AR, taxes, and bank reconciliations.
  • Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing and publishing error-free financial statements on schedule.
  • Analyzing financial data and clearly communicating financial status, including cash positions.
  • Coordinating external audit and tax activities.
  • Reviewing and recommending enhancements to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Supporting budget development and financial forecasting.
  • Translating complex financial concepts to staff at all levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
  • Completing reconciliations, generating reports, and contributing to special projects.

🎓 Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working across multiple business entities or industries
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work on-site in Marietta, OH
