Subcontract Mgmt Sr
At Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the Aeronautics Supply Chain team delivers innovative, affordable, and agile solutions that exceed customer expectations. As part of the Coproduction/International Team supporting F‑16 & C‑130 programs, the Subcontract Management Senior ensures contract execution, cost/price analysis, negotiations, contract documentation, purchase order maintenance, supplier performance management, and other special assignments. The role leads multifunctional subcontract management teams, develops subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions, and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
Responsibilities- Execute contracts on the Coproduction/International Team supporting F‑16 & C‑130 programs
- Conduct cost/price analysis and negotiations
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, purchase orders, and supplier performance records
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for major aircraft assemblies and components
- Prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions
- Write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts including change activity
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with competitive and non‑competitive procurements
- Familiarity with execution of PO Folders
- Background and understanding of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) for all subcontract types
- Negotiations experience in a Truth in Negotiations (TINA) environment
- Interaction with senior management, suppliers, and other external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between functional organizations
- Aero Industry experience
