Control Account Manager (CAM) for the AMMM Airframe Design Team in Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Apply earned value techniques to measure performance, prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), coordinate task planning, update labor charging, collect monthly Cost/Schedule Variances, forecasts, and other EV‑related activities.

Typical employee: 9 – 15 years of professional experience.
Must be a US Citizen. Position located at a facility that requires special access.

• Familiar with Earned Value Management concepts and application.
• BA/BS degree in Aviation Program Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years with a related Masters degree.

• Self‑directing, proactive, solution‑focused personality.
• Familiar with AC‑6386 PPM implementation as it applies to AMMM Programs.
• Completed or willing to take PPM (CAM) 101 training course.
• Knowledge of ETC updates, VAR authoring, BCR processing, schedule and cost baselining, IWAD structure, EV techniques, Work Scope definition, Budget Master Targets, and Control Account/Work Package structures.
• Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience with Vemo.

Annual base salary range: $95,000 – $167,440 (states excluding major metropolitan areas); $109,200 – $189,290 (major metropolitan areas). Position eligible for incentive plan.
