Logistics Technician

We are seeking a Logistics Technician to support shipping operations within a clinical trials environment. This role is responsible for processing domestic and international shipments, preparing documentation, and coordinating materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The position works closely with internal teams to support carrier pickups and maintain compliance with shipping procedures and quality standards.

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments according to company procedures
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and associated documentation using courier systems
• Review and quality check shipping paperwork prior to shipment release
• Verify shipments against manifests to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain shipping databases and update information within internal systems
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and notify leadership when replenishment is needed
• Assist with staging shipments for carrier pickups and trucking coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or related operations
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
• Exposure to international shipping or import/export documentation is a plus
