Team Company Truck Driver
Pay
- $0.98 CPM with Hazmat endorsement
- $0.95 CPM without Hazmat
- $0.01 CPM raise annually for the first 3 years
- Practical mileage pay (more accurate than zip-to-zip)
- Home every 18 days for 5 days
- 100% no-touch
, full truckload dry van - No NYC, Canada, or Mexico
Bonuses
Safety Bonuses (Quarterly)
- CSA Safety Bonus: $1,025 (Hazmat) or $825 + 8 hrs PTO
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600
- Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):
- $1,625 (Hazmat) or $1,425
- PTO + Orientation Pay
- Additional $600 after 30 days
- Option 2:
- $1,125 sign-on bonus
- Orientation Pay
Additional Pay
- Hazmat premium: $0.04/mile (less than 2% of freight)
- Detention pay after 1 hour
- Annual anniversary bonus: $100 per year of service
- Stop-off and other accessorial pay
- Driver referral bonuses

- Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680
- Automatic transmissions, inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, TVs
- Sirius
XM, Bluetooth, bunk heaters - Governed at 65 MPH (up to 68 with Pas Smart)
- Newer 53' Wabash trailers with cargo tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months verifiable experience
(6 months if teaming with an experienced driver) - No DWI in past 7 years
- Max 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
