Join TA Dedicated as a Regional CDL‑A Truck Driver. This is a Monday‑through‑Friday position in the dedicated division, delivering after‑market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.

This position offers consistent weekly home time.

• $78,000 – $87,000 yearly earnings
• $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
• $500 New‑hire transition bonus (paid in full on the second paycheck)
• $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250 per day for the two‑day paid orientation

• Transport automotive parts to dealership locations, following delivery schedules and routes.
• Perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and hours.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
• Team with other drivers as needed to support business operations.

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience, plus 3 months of verifiable team experience in the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL‑A license.
• DOT qualified and able to pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.
• Comfortable with teaming and performing at dealerships.
