As a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services, you will take on an active role that involves going up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at your assigned apartment community. After collecting the trash, you will load it into your truck and transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

• Have access to a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting collected trash to onsite compactor or bins
• Use a smartphone with a data plan for communication and navigation
• Carry up to 50 lbs at a time without assistance
• Maintain evening availability (Sundays 6PM until completion or Mondays-Thursday 7PM until completion)
