Position: Evening Program Assistant – Adult Sex Offender (ASO) Treatment Program

Part-Time

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM (10.5 hours/week)

Pay: $20/hour

Medlin Treatment Center is an outpatient counseling center in metro Atlanta that has been serving clients since 1997. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare and specialty services in the areas of sexual trauma and sexual behavior problems. Our team of clinicians and support staff work collaboratively to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. We value organization, innovation, and a client-focused approach in every aspect of our practice.

Overview

Gain hands-on experience in a specialty clinical setting! This part-time evening role supports ASO treatment groups, helping maintain a safe, structured, and confidential environment while assisting clinicians and program operations. Ideal for graduate students in psychology, social work, or criminal justice interested in forensic treatment, clinical exposure, and probation/court coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Check in participants and maintain attendance records
  • Assist clinicians during evening group sessions
  • Support scheduling, payments, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with probation/parole or court supervision officers as needed
  • Document incidents or behavioral concerns while following confidentiality and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Strong professionalism, boundaries, and reliability
  • Comfortable working with our clientele
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to undergo background check

Preferred:

  • Experience in clinical, forensic, probation, or correctional settings
  • Graduate student or coursework in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related fields
  • Interest in forensic assessment, treatment, or court/probation coordination
