We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Repair Technician. You will keep busy performing equipment plumbing, and electrical diagnosis and repairs on swimming pools. Pool repair experience is key. This role will be for a dependable candidate who will be rewarded with career advancement and greater earning potential.
What You'll Do- Deliver excellent service and build great client relationships
- Service clients providing a higher quality level of service
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on residential pool systems
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements involving pumps, filtration, heaters, plumbing, sanitization, lighting, and automation
- Inspect equipment pads and identify both active issues and developing concerns
- Clearly explain findings and repair recommendations to customers
- Work with and train Maintenance technicians on how to identify and perform basic repairs
- Perform pool maintenance services as needed

- 2+ years of Pool repair experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with basic electrical diagnostics related to pool equipment
- Positive attitude & team player
- Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
- Loves working outdoors
- Great communication skills with office, management and customers
- Willing to teach aspiring repair techs as well as willing to grow and learn
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Certified Pool Technician designation (preferred not required)
- 2+ years of professional pool repair experience
- 18+ years old
- Pass background check
- Reliable transportation to/from our office
- Available Mon–Fri (weekends or after hours in peak season)
- Working Cell Phone with data services
- Willingness to work in high outdoor temperatures and/or light rain
