HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than a year of previous experience. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC equipment effectively.

Duties

• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including commercial refrigeration repairs systems and plant maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct ammonia refrigeration repairs as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at various properties.
• Collaborate with maintenance management team to ensure all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
• Utilize welding skills for repairs and modifications of HVAC components when necessary.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 – year proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of service technician work.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and perform equipment repairs effectively.
• Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pass background check.
