• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with IT security and SRE teams to design, build, and maintain resilient and efficient IT systems and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security policies, security work procedures, and IT asset security management.
• Contribute to and support IT security system operation – Cisco firewall, Stealth Watch, Cisco Iron Port, DNS and proxy server, Cyber Ark, Cisco VPN, and AD server, etc.
• Participate in IT incident response activities, including root cause identification, analysis, and resolution of incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Continue to learn and apply relevant software development practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with IT cybersecurity or equivalent area, including SRE engineering.
• Strong understanding and experience with IT security planning, IT asset management & operations, and SRE, with a willingness to learn and grow with HMGMA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Some familiarity with security monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK.

Physical Demands

In Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:

• Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed

Production Area (if applicable):
Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations; repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds); manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment; working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require PPE; ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely; capability to learn and work on multiple production processes;

adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly; consistent and punctual attendance; ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
