REQUIRED: This is a part time position. Must have the availability listed below:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30am-2:30pm AND/OR 2:00pm-8:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday: open availability

• $14/hour + Commission to start
• Free IR Sauna Membership + bring your BFF or partner for free
• Paid Training hours
• Comfortable uniform: branded t-shirt + your solid black athletic pants/shorts + your favorite pair of clean kicks

• Sales & customer service
• Experience in a spa or health/wellness
• Proficiency in Mind Body Online and Axle CRM
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy
• Being a part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

We love candidates that already have these, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (Mind Body software experience is a plus!)
• Help support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance

• Desire to positively contribute to our team-oriented environment - we love our team!!
• Enjoy helping our clients feel good by offering a health-focused service
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Completely comfortable with the sales process both in-person & over phone (we will train you on our scripts, but be comfortable talking to people)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members
• Positive vibe, can-do attitude!
