• Complies with ATC policies and procedures.
• Complies with client policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality relative to franchise practices.
• Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
• Documents daily plans and meets set targets as assigned in accordance with franchise policies and procedures.
• Follows the patient’s treatment plan as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
