We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role is commission-based / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week, with the remaining days dedicated to scheduled appointments from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code.
This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
This position offers excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. We provide:
