Key Responsibilities:

• Assist wholesale customers with their parts needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments promptly.
• Maintain inventory control and manage special order parts.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and meet business goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience inautomotive parts sales(wholesale preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Hyundai parts and accessories is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
