Schedule: Full-Time | On-site
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base salary + commission

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations. This role focuses on upselling treatment packages and retail products to existing clients. All daily clients are provided—
no lead generation required
. Success in this role is measured by individual sales performance, team results, and consistent achievement of daily sales targets.

• Lead in-spa sales by promoting treatment packages and retail products to all clients

• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet daily revenue goals

• Coach, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets

• Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable guidance to improve results

• Ensure accurate client and sales data in the CRM system

• Collaborate with spa operations to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction

• Maintain a professional, client-focused environment that supports upselling and service excellence

• Proven experience in sales or sales management

• Strong upselling and closing skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
