- Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in your assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Northwest’s suite of commercial pest control and prevention services.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and service agreements.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and stay up to date on service offerings and industry trends.
- Safely operate a company‑provided vehicle, iPad, and cell phone.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Training salary: $3,000/month during training.
- Commission pay structure:
After training, earn uncapped commissions. Average reps earn $70k‑$80k; top reps $100k+. - Company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad provided for all route assignments.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales experience.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Work in all weather conditions.
