The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role that serves customers and performs entry‑level vehicle services. The SST provides customer service, sales, issue resolution, and basic vehicle tasks, while learning full store operations. This role is a key pipeline for future career‑growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Pay Range: $15.50 – $23.20

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75%
• Basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires, and fluids – 25%
• Store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed
• Assist the manager or serve as Manager‑On‑Duty in certain circumstances to support development
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑ and back‑shop tasks

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid automobile driver's license
• Customer‑service orientation and a growth mindset
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
• Ability to learn and operate store systems

• Two‑year degree or non‑traditional education such as training program completion or certification
• Previous consumer retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience
