We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Full‑Time Stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You make sure that ALL customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”.

• Act and lead through the core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team that embodies the culture of HEART.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor and a passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren’t present, support the coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
• When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren’t present, support daily operations of the business—coordinating store inventory and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results as the lead sales generator in stores, maintaining minimum sales targets of $140 SPC and $150 SPH, $1,000 per day in sales, or $25,800 per month.
• Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
