You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities- Respond quickly to warm, high-intent buyer leads and manage follow‑up using our CRM.
- Conduct buyer consultations to understand goals, budget, and preferred areas within Metro Atlanta. < schedule and host showings, and guide clients through property evaluations.
- Write offers, negotiate contract terms, and advocate for clients using GAR forms and team best practices.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, closing attorneys, and our Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth contract‑to‑close process.
- Deliver exceptional, concierge‑level service from first contact to closing, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Use our team systems and tech stack to stay organized and efficient.
- Attend team training, coaching, and weekly accountability meetings to support ongoing skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, showings, and transaction milestones.
- Uphold RE/MAX Town & Country brand standards and all Georgia real estate compliance requirements.
- Represent the Ailion Team with professionalism in person, online, and within the community.
- Collaborate with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is closed.
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close.
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers.
- Turn prospective home buyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline.
- Reach out to pre‑qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home.
