Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities within the assigned unit
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Promote evidence-based practice and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement performance improvement strategies
- Assist with complex patient cases and provide advanced clinical support
- Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and risk management protocols
- Educate patients, families, and staff regarding care plans and best practices
- Support staff development, training, and competency validation
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact)
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required (Clinical Nurse Leader focus preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS required (ACLS preferred based on specialty)
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) certification
- Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience.
- Clinical leadership and team coordination
- Quality improvement and outcome measurement
- Advanced patient assessment skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
