Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities within the assigned unit
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement performance improvement strategies
• Assist with complex patient cases and provide advanced clinical support
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and risk management protocols
• Educate patients, families, and staff regarding care plans and best practices
• Support staff development, training, and competency validation

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact)
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required (Clinical Nurse Leader focus preferred)
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS required (ACLS preferred based on specialty)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) certification
• Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience.
• Clinical leadership and team coordination
• Quality improvement and outcome measurement
• Advanced patient assessment skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
