This is a full‑time opportunity with long‑term potential. Immediate need for a talented RN with acute care experience.

• Deliver individualized, evidence‑based patient care utilizing the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient‑centered goals are met.
• Uphold clinical standards, system policies, and service excellence goals in a fast‑paced acute care environment.
• Participate in shared governance and professional practice model initiatives.
• Utilize technology effectively to support clinical care and documentation.
• Respond decisively and respectfully to emergencies and changing patient conditions.

• Current RN license in Georgia or eNLC Compact.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• Experience in direct patient care, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school. BSN preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and clinical technology.
• Strong analytical, evidence‑based practice, and critical thinking skills.
