Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full nursing process
  : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Partner with patients and families through education, bedside reporting, and care planning
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement, performance improvement, and shared governance activities
• Promote and apply evidence-based practice and nursing research
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, staff, or students when needed
• Support continuity of care across the care continuum
• Assist with development and adherence to clinical protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and safety standards
• Use human and material resources efficiently and responsibly
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Key Skills;
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to use clinical technology and basic computer systems
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Calm, decisive, and professional response to patient care needs
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
