Your Role
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekends, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive environment. This leadership role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs
- Respond to emergencies and maintain quality care standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Georgia RN license
- Leadership experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Every Other Weekend
- 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
