East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to take on a vital leadership role as Rehab Unit Manager

Title: Unit Manager (RN or LPN)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts with weekend differentials
Location: East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing, Marietta, GA

• Lead daily clinical operations on the Rehab Unit
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure quality, resident-centered care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and residents
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation

• Active RN or LPN license (Georgia)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage clinical priorities in a dynamic setting
• Commitment to excellence in care and resident satisfaction
