• Help lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care across the facility
• Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers
• Implement and manage specialized programs and procedures
• Uphold facility policies and state/federal nursing regulations
• Drive continuous improvement in quality of care and resident outcomes

• Ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
• Overseeing infection prevention and quality assurance measures
• Participating in nursing home surveys and inspections
• Training and supervising nursing personnel
• Organizing and leading staff education and in-service programs

• Current RN license (Georgia)
• Strong clinical, training, and team leadership skills
• 1–2 years of rehab nursing experience preferred
• Experience in infection prevention is a plus
