Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

(Available to Full-Time team members only)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document resident status and health concerns

• Support wound care, mobility, and daily care needs

• Communicate with residents, families, and care team

• Foster a warm, person-centered care environment

• Active Georgia LPN or RN License (Required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience highly preferred

• Passion for resident-centered care and compassion for the aging population
