• You have a Current Licensed Practice Nurse License valid in Georgia?
• You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle

• Monday – Friday / FT between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Compensation: $25-28 / Hour

You join a nursing team providing nursing services and health oversight to the Members of Skylark Adult Day and Home Care. You:

• Must care deeply and passionately for our older adult Members.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversight of the Members.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements.
• Member evaluations in the center and home.
• Train aides and staff for adult day and home care.
• Supervise caregivers in the center environment and home care.
• Have home care responsibilities.

• Currently licensed as an LPN in Georgia
• Self-Starter, comfortable working with light supervision.
• Good computer skills
• Working knowledge of EDWP Medicaid regulations
• Excellent, detailed documentation skills
• Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
• Drug Free Workplace; EOE
