* Basic Qualifications:

* - Experience relating to aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, assembly, &/or modifications

- Experience planning, correcting, &/or leading projects of work

- Production / shop floor Experience

Skills:

* - Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details

- Strong time management and multi tasking skills

- Demonstrated problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning

- Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers and teams

- 5 yrs experience relating to aircraft manufacturing, assembly or modifications

- Experience with repair on the production floor of the C130

- Working knowledge and access to computer

systems such as SFM, Qual Sight, &/or DIMS

- Experience mentoring and providing on the job training related to quality control methods, techniques and compliance requirements to the workforce

- Ability to plan, orchestrate maintenance actions in support of Production goals and schedule

- Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits organizational goals

** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
