Manufacturing Manager – Level 5 at Lockheed Martin (Marietta, GA)

• Lead the F‑35 HT & VT Coatings Build team in production of F‑35 LO assemblies
• Manage F‑35 spares and customer repair orders to support global sustainment operations
• Prioritize work assignments to support F‑35 production operations
• Use earned‑value management tools to monitor production task performance
• Ensure departmental performance meets quality, cost, and schedule targets
• Champion a safety‑first culture and drive continuous improvement activities
• Ensure FOD, tooling, and 6S requirements are met and maintained

• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, or production operations
• Experience with low‑observable coatings and quality processes
• Experience working with or managing bargaining‑unit labor resources

• Flexible work schedules from onsite to remote (licensed staff can work remotely); the role is onsite full‑time at a Lockheed Martin facility.
