Implementation Specialist - GA

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Implementation Specialist - GA to join their team. As a Implementation Specialist - GA, you will be part of the Debit Operations team supporting debit network setups and bank sponsorship initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong soft skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Implementation Specialist - GA

Marietta, Georgia

• Support debit network setups across multiple platforms, including entitling merchants for debit processing.
• Assist with bank sponsorship efforts, including onboarding new sponsor ships and creating BIN and ICA for debit processing.
• Document procedures and support research, projects, and ad hoc tasks within the Debit Operations team.
• Manage high volumes of paperwork and case/ticket management using Service Now and other tools.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and project success.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused on merchant/client implementation or client entitlement.
• Experience managing cases/tickets for client requests, preferably in Service Now.
• Proficiency with Adobe, MS Office (Excel, Word), and Docu Sign.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, process-driven work environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
