We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team. This position plays a critical leadership role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all products to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for inventory accuracy, team development, safety compliance, and operational excellence to ensure every customer receives the quality and reliability that defines the Five Star brand.

• Plan, organize, and direct warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Maintain operational standards by developing, implementing, and enforcing warehouse procedures and personnel policies.

• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, and maintaining system accuracy.
• Manage and develop a team of 10+ warehouse associates across multiple shifts; oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound products are processed accurately and efficiently; resolve discrepancies in receiving reports and invoices 雷机.
• Conduct daily and weekly warehouse inspections to verify cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.

• Collaborate with branch and operations leadership to improve productivity, control expenses, and meet service expectations.

• Support company goals by participating in special projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

• Education:
  
  College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and work in varying physical conditions.
