We are a leading audio and video retail store committed to delivering top‑notch products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our team and operations in Marietta, GA.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all store operations including product logistics, billing, human resources, product training, team development, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. They will play a key role in driving the store’s success and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee product logistics including inventory management and ordering
  • Manage billing and financial processes accurately and timely
  • Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement product training programs for the team
  • Coach and develop staff to build a high‑performing team
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling escalations and resolving issues
  • Ensure the store meets all company policies and standards
  • Work weekends and overtime as needed to support business needs
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail, preferably within the audio and video industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams effectively with a focus on development and motivation
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required
  • Bilingual Spanish‑speaking candidates are highly preferred
