We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Field Sales and Service Manager to join our team. This role combines sales and service responsibilities with managerial duties, requiring the successful candidate to actively engage in sales activities while supervising and supporting other team members. Responsibilities
1. Field Sales and Service
  • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Conduct home visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
2. Team Supervision and Support
  • Supervise and coach a team of sales and service professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating best practices in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and development.
  • Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and implement strategies to drive improvement and success.
3. Operational Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, territory management, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.
  • Manage inventory levels, equipment, and supplies to support field operations effectively.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
4. Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
5. Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Manager experience, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and service roles, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a field‑based environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
