Job Title: Repairs & Maintenance Team Member

Location: Chick-fil-A Macland Crossing

The Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) Team Member is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant’s equipment, facilities, and property are maintained at a high standard. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and upholding Chick-fil-A Macland Crossing's commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Perform regular inspections of restaurant equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and overall building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with kitchen and dining room equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from leadership and team members.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
• Must be available late nights and Sundays to work outside of restaurant operations.

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, as needed.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
