What You'll Do:

* Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold cleanup in homes and businesses

* Perform demolition, debris removal, and deep cleaning

* Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)

* Pack out, clean, and help organize customer belongings

* Report issues or concerns to the Lead Tech or Crew Chief

* Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Ability to follow directions and work well in a team

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Punctual, dependable, and professional

Physical Requirements:

* Lift and carry up to 70 lbs regularly

* Stand, squat, crawl, and move in tight spaces

* Work in a variety of environments (damaged homes, hot/cold temps)

* Must be able to wear a respirator when required (tight face seal needed)
