PART-TIME CUSTODIAN

Please only apply if you are available to work Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and can reliably commute to the Louisville, GA area. This is a fixed shift and location.

Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta, a leader in providing top-tier environmental cleaning services, is seeking a dependable Part-Time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a commercial facility located near Louisville, GA.

This is a hands-on, on-site position ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments.

• Fridays only
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4 hours per week
• This is not a remote position.

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing throughout offices, corridors, lobbies, and common area
• Disinfect and restock bathrooms (soap, paper products, etc.)
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Maintain exterior areas and parking lots
• Follow proper procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment use
• Lock doors and check appliances to ensure building safety
• Move furniture and supplies as needed
• Notify management of repair needs
• Requisition cleaning supplies when necessary
• Steam-clean carpets and perform floor care (strip, seal, polish) as required
• Perform minor maintenance (changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks)
• Set up or break down tables, chairs, and equipment for events
• Assist other departments as needed

• Able to work independently
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness standards
• Must have reliable transportation to the Louisville, GA area
