What are we going to ask you to do?

Ensure safety first and go home in the same shape you came to work. You will ensure we adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Start the path to lead our field operations in refreshing our customers' exterior surfaces of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and other areas with our power washing and soft washing equipment.

Devise creative ways to service our customers' needs by assessing surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure, techniques, and cleaning solutions required. We have the process; we need you to bring problem-solving skills to apply it.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of pressure washing equipment, including vehicles that cost over $150K.

Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris from surfaces to satisfy our customers.

If direct customer interaction isn't your preference, no problem. You'll be partnered with a customer advocate who will also be your co-pilot.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Be comfortable driving our 2023 Silverado 4500 truck, which is 20' long and carries 900 gallons of water, safely.

Our process allows us to service buildings of up to 5 stories from the ground, but sometimes we may need to use a ladder or lift.

Be okay with making mistakes and learning from them.

What wont work for us?

Inconsistent energy. Everyone has good days and off days, but consistency is key.

Confidence is encouraged, but arrogance or disrespect is unacceptable.

We need teammates, not lone wolves. We are a young, growing team.

You should be willing to perform various tasks, including hanging door hangers or other duties as assigned.

A bad driving record is a disqualifier.
