Starting pay: $18-$20/HR

With Northwest, our environment cares about your growth and goals. You’ll work on pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections, supporting the team through pre‑ and post‑construction treatments and monitoring termite bait systems.

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Support the Team: Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems.
• Customer Problem‑Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles, applying pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting pay: $18-$20/HR

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
• Reliable transportation, organized, customer friendly, good time management skills, and willingness to learn.
• Physical demands: lift and carry up to 50 lbs., comfortable working in confined spaces, all weather conditions.
