This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA, for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, providing precise legal advice, preparing legal documents, and handling matters related to labor and employment law. The role also involves engaging in negotiations, advising clients, and supporting litigation efforts when necessary. Collaboration with a team to deliver exceptional service to clients is a key aspect of this position.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Law and Labor and Employment Law.
• Proficiency in offering clear and actionable Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research.
• Excellent Negotiation skills to communicate effectively and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
• Relevant work experience in corporate law or litigation is strongly preferred.
