We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.
Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):- Setup and deploy hardware and software for current and new employees.
- Diagnose and resolve end-user printer problems.
- Diagnose and resolve laptop and desktop problems including email, internet, and Microsoft Office issues.
- Diagnose and work with System Administrator to resolve connectivity issues.
- Work with the System Administrator on special projects to improve the technical infrastructure.
- Criminal Background Check
- Drug Screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year technical support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems Additional IT Education or Experience a plus
