IT Product Manager

Overview

In accordance with client requirements, candidates must be eligible and willing to work on a W2 basis. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to help drive smart, high-impact delivery on the Salesforce platform. This person will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn ideas into clear requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure we’re building the right things at the right time in an Agile environment.

• Lead requirements gathering and process analysis
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Act as Product Owner for one or more Agile teams
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements, demos, etc.)
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, data, and architecture teams to support solution design and delivery
• Test and validate Salesforce configurations in lower environments before production release
• Support UAT, training, change management, and feature adoption
• Identify ways to improve processes, reduce risk, and increase product value

• 7–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a hybrid role
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience (beyond just the CRM UI)
• Strong experience with Agile methodology and backlog management
• Proven ability to work across complex systems, integrations, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• Certifications like CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe PO/PM
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Basic data analysis skills (SQL, reporting tools, or similar)
