- Partner with Finance, Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on definitions, interpretations, and reporting standards.
- Serve as the final owner of metric definitions, reporting logic, and executive‑facing analytics standards.
- 6–10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or decision‑support roles.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large analytical datasets.
- Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Proven track record supporting executive leadership with analytics and insights.

- Ad‑hoc analysis requests are delivered faster, with greater clarity and trust.
- Leadership consistently asks better, more strategic questions because the data is reliable and well‑framed.
