IT PROJECT MANAGER

Structure. Execution. Results.

SUMMARY

Pro Co LLC / AICA Orthopedics is scaling rapidly with major technology upgrades underway. We need a strategic problem solver to partner with our VP of Technology—cutting through ambiguity, driving execution, and delivering results. You'll own outcomes with real authority, not coordinate meetings. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where you build the foundation rather than maintain it, this is your opportunity.

ABOUT

US

Pro Co LLC / AICA Orthopedics is Atlanta's leading integrated orthopedic, neuro‑spine, and interventional pain management provider with 21 locations and 400+ team members. We're modernizing enterprise systems, building data capabilities, and connecting applications. The VP of Technology has cleared the path—we need someone to drive execution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Project Delivery

Lead multi‑system IT initiatives end‑to‑end. Surface options, make recommendations, drive decisions. Own problem‑solving for ambiguous situations. Your goal: become the VP's trusted operator who takes high‑priority initiatives off their plate.

Partner with VP of Technology

Serve as operational co‑pilot. Translate ideas into execution, anticipate needs, reduce coordination burden. Own outcomes, not status reports.

Drive Cross‑Functional Alignment

Work across clinical, legal, finance, and technology teams. Understand constraints, translate requirements, create clarity. Build relationships across the entire business.

Establish Execution Discipline

Create the structure that's missing—project plans, timelines, risk management, execution rhythms. Implement PM standards and own Asana governance. This is a builder role.

Surface and Resolve Risks

Identify roadblocks before they become emergencies. Facilitate resolution with minimal escalation. See around corners.

Enable Change

Support system transitions and new workflows. Train teams on Asana. Identify friction points and implement practical improvements that stick.

Coordinate Vendors

Align internal resources with external delivery teams (Moonbird, other partners). You're the coordination point, not the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years managing IT projects in complex environments with proven multi‑team delivery. You drive results, not meetings.
  • Strong SDLC, system integration, and database concepts knowledge. No coding required, but you engage credibly in technical discussions.
  • Healthcare‑capable, not healthcare‑required. We want sharp problem‑solvers who learn quickly. Healthcare experience may work against you if it means rigid thinking. Strong PMs from regulated environments (legal, finance, compliance) encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated decision‑making authority. You operate with minimal supervision, make sound recommendations under ambiguity, and drive decisions forward.
  • Skilled at building trust across diverse teams. You create clarity by understanding constraints and translating them into action.
  • Experience with project management platforms required;
Asana strongly preferred. You'll own governance and train others.
WHAT SETS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE APART
  • Strategic partner and problem solver—not coordinator or task tracker. You own results.
  • Systems thinker who sees the whole chessboard and drives alignment. You understand ripple effects.
  • Anticipates issues before they become emergencies. You see around corners.
  • Takes projects off leadership's plate—makes decisions, drives resolution, delivers without hand‑holding.
  • Operates with minimal supervision. Knows when to escalation. Balances autonomy with good judgment.
  • Builds trust across clinical, ops, and legal by understanding constraints and speaking their language.
  • Thrives in fast‑moving environments without perfect information. You figure it out as you go.
  • Comfortable building structure where it doesn't exist. You want to build the machine, not maintain one.
  • Implements standards without bureaucracy. You're not the process police.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Performance Bonus:
Based on project delivery and organizational impact

High Impact:
Support 400+ team members across 21 locations with immediate, visible results

Builder Opportunity:
Shape how PM works at AICA rather than inherit rigid processes

Career Growth:
Develop expertise across EHR, data platforms, infrastructure, and workflow automation

Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, professional development support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PM standards implementation, regulated environment background, data platform familiarity, CRM/workflow automation experience, PMP/CAPM/Agile certification, vendor coordination experience
HEALTHCARE NOTE

We intentionally excluded healthcare/EHR experience. Rigid “healthcare industry” thinking limits innovation. We value adaptable problem‑solvers from complex operational environments.
